Update Completed! Game is Complete!
With Rain Comes the Flood has been finally updated! I am sorry for the major delays in finishing this project, as it was difficult to figure out how to end the game and to make major changes to it so that it would run smoother. I will be adding this here tonight and hope that you all like it. This has been a few months in the making and I really truly appreciate the support during the game and its development.
the changelog is as follows:
- almost 500 images
- added animations (small ones...)
- added a mini-game for game night
- added a cheat mech for the game if you didn't want to play at random
- added the ending to the game where your choices made a difference to who goes with whom.
- fixed parts of chapters three and four
- added an animation to chapter one
- started to make an enhanced version of this entire game, so that missing plots are filled (There are some I have found...)
- another 2000+ lines of code

Hello! I have purchased and downloaded the WithRainComestheFlood-1.0-pc version, started a new game and got to the following part:
There's Desire and Thea together. Thea says this:
I mean... not as a friend, or a girlfriend of mine... I mean... I love you...
Then there is a player decision:
Say it back...
Resist saying it back...
Right after that scene, the screen goes black because the game stops finding the images after that. It starts with a red message appearing at the top of the screen that says: "Image 'livshower1-12' not found" and it can't find any more images.
Are the images missing due to some kind of bug? Did I download the game wrong?
what version did you download? was it the 1.0 or the 0.8.5 version of it?
and the choice - which one did you choose?
I've checked on my end, and I don't have the error. I will look into it, but tell me what version and choice you made please.

I downloaded 1.0 and just downloaded it again to check if the first time I downloaded it wrong.
First I chose the option: "Say it back".
However, the same failure occurs with both choices.
I used to have version 0.8.5 and even though I removed it from my computer before downloading this one, my old save files are still there. I've started a new game because loading an old file probably has problems, but I still get the same error.
I think I found the error. I'll reupload it. Sorry for the trouble. give me 30 mins or so. Thanks!
